I bought this product 2 months back from Big Bazaar Chennai they sold the product with 2 years door step service warranty. When I started using the product with in 2 minutes of time it started getting hot which we cant be able to hold it in our hands so I called the customer care they told this product doesn’t have door step service.
They asked me to go to the place were I purchased the product they don’t have any idea about the product. Then they spoke to some one and they gave me a number and he took as weeks time and he too forgot my problem then I kept on calling him. He had given me some service center number which is not in use then again he given some number that person told this product will get heated in 2 minute its a natural problem and we can’t do anything with this and we have to clean the dust collecting bag every 1 minute of use otherwise the power will reduce. If u have pets at home this product will not help.
Please don’t go for this product only price is less rest every thing is waste. The rope which is given to hold the machine on shoulder is not comfortable.
