I wants to share my experience , some time back we bought a vaccume cleaner from these so called reputed company but the experience has left me with anger and feeling of being cheated.
Before buying I was told that one bag ( for the cleaner ) and one carpet is free with this unit. The machine was delivered few days late but without the free things. I reminded them constantly but it did not work. The call center chaps took the name of the person who delivered and promised me the free things but till date after almost 7 months from the date of purchase I have not go them yet and now know that will never get.
Either the company did not have the stock or the sales guy has taken the things for himself. The worst part is they are not bothered to apologise or whatever but pack of shamless creatures. They pose to be very customer friendly but are actually crooks. Please beware and never sign before you check what you have already got from them.
