After service is pathetic

I bought this product just around a month back. The trouble started from there. The sales person who had come to sell this product told me that I would be getting a travel bag, he would link my aqua gaurd AMC with this one and make sure that I wouldnt have to sign for AMC for this product and also for my aqua gaurd hereafter etc. etc. etc.


But as of now nothing is on paper. Not only that, they have not even sent me the invoice yet and every time I call them they say some story or the other. They are shameless people..As I dont have the invoice I dont have the guarantee card... ..Paying 10, 000 Rs for a product without a bill/ guarantee is totally unacceptable...


I am thinking of dragging these guys to the consumer court...Wish I had read reviews about the pathetic service of Eureka forbes earlier....Guess I have to fight it out and get what I need. Dont beleive the promises made by the sales person...looks like they are trained liars..


The product seems to be good...but defnitely not worth 10000 for the kind of service we get....
