I bought Euroclean Wet and Dry just 2 months back, in a weeks time some of attachments were broken, when asked for replacement, I got to know that they are not in warranty, since then I have been following up with several people in euro clean office nearby and their customer care center to get me replacement of attachment to which I am ready to pay what ever amount is but each time I hear some or other reason, even customer care is not consistent, some agents give number of local service person, some take service request and say they will contact in 2 working days but none turns up.
I have never seen such bad customer service this is most pathetic.
