Worst customer care

I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction over the kind of attitude and coordination they have among their customer care, technicians and couriers. They have the worst customer care by the way.

I have purchased a "Eureka Forbes Euroclean Wet and Dry" vacuum cleaner online on the 11th of June under the guidance of their technician Raju(Employee Code 9080086)

I was assured that I would get the product within 7 days. And it’s been almost 2 weeks and I am running from pillar to pillar just to know the status of my order and no one has the answer.

I have called up your customer care several times, and the response I get was "we’re taking a complaint and someone would call you within 24 hours". But so far, nobody has called me up. I was also given a number to call(7666517171), but nobody answers that number.These people don’t have the same attitude, before/after we purchase the product.
