I was planning to buy Eureka Forbes Trendy Wet and Dry DX 1150-Watt Vacuum Cleaner. And searched online about the usage and review of this product. And unfortunately landed up to this page. All the customers are complaining about the bad customer support.
And the reviews from the customers are not only one two months back but from more than 3-4 years. That means Eureka is not even looking to improvise the customer support beside getting these many complaints from the user.
In the current era of online shopping and busy schedule the good customer support is the key line for the success of the business and product. But here I see almost everyone is complaining about customer support in continuous days and I believe that company is still not taking any proper action to improve there service.
I am not sure if I buy this product I would be getting a good product or the hectic irresponsible customer support:(
