Vacuum cleaner with really bad service support

Very bad support and a bad product overall. I m cut pasting my email to their customer support which explains it all. Date: 27 Jun 2008


Subject: Complaint Order Form Cum Receipt No: 119028092


I had recently purchased a Euroclean W&D vacuum cleaner from Eureka Forbes. I couldnt explain you people the kind of pathetic service I received from you.


The equipment was quite promptly shipped to me (and ofcourse the payment was duely cleared) with a promise that I would receive the training and the gadget bag within two days.


After then it was simply a nightmare for me. I had to followup with your service people for the training atleast 10 times a week from then onwards. Mr Kishan and Mr Dhruv made me a promise that they would arrange the training and the bag within 1 day every time they used to pick my phone (not to mention half the times not even my phone call was responded).
