Difficult to maintain and no service

OK. I came here to  vent my frustration, so it will be -ve, but I will try to be objective in some places.


If you like peace of mind, stay away. Unless you are lucky enough not to have breakdowns. Because there is no after-sales service.at all. You just call and log complaints, that’s all. It is just a number. Nobody to respond:)


The BP just rises when you break your head trying to get some service done.


What they demo at home is a sham. For wet-and-dry vacuum demo, they remove air-filter and bag. Both these are needed for dry but have to be removed for wet. They will not tell you that during the demo. All you see is raw power, which will be greater without the bag and filter. What it means for us is that, it is not so seamless as they show to switch from wet to dry. Because of this, we hardly are using it in wet-mode.


As mentioned n-times before, cleaning is a nightmare, unless you have another Vacuum cleaner to clean this:)


The bag becomes dirty on the very first outing and cannot be cleaned.


It is powerful and wet-clean does work well. Hey, a+ ve. If it keeps working well, of-course.


It is rather bulky if all you want to do is clean the cobwebs and dust.
