I have been a customer of Eureka forbes for past 5 years. And the last two products Total Enhance RO purifier(8 months old) and this Euroclean Wet & Dry( 1 month old) have been utterly disappointing. The Sales team make false and improbable promises like Lifetime Warranty, free Service etc. etc before they sell the product, but once my cheque was Cleared and product was delivered they didn’t even give a proper demo. They gave a CD and said its self-explanatory.
And I haven’t received the original bill for the product till now, which was promised to reach me within a week. By the way, I haven’t received the bill for the 8 month old water purifier still so expecting this bill so soon would be my mistake. ( When asked for a reason for the delay, the reason told was Printer problem!!. At least ask the Sales force to Lie better).
And about the product, it has a wide range of attachments, looks durable, relatively easy to move around, and has a powerful suction. But makes a lot of noise.
But Eureka Forbes needs to revamp its Sales force to stay in business, atleast in Chennai.
