We have taken wet and dry model vacuum cleaner from eureka Forbes last year. The machine motor has stopped working within 6 months, they have changed the motor in January 2012 and again the machine has stopped working in 2 months. Our warranty period got over in End of May 2012. When we called the technician he said we need to change the motor and it will cost Rs. 9000.
We have not even used the machine much in last year and even after changing motor in jan it has again gone down. Eureka Forbes have given us a faulty piece and now charging the cost of the whole product to change the motor.
The service is pathetic, They said the final invoice of the product we will get by courier which we never got it yet. and even after asking them for a duplicate invoice they have not processed our request.
We need the company to change the faulty piece even though its not in warranty. As when taking they said that the product doesn’t give any issues till 10 yrs.
We need some progress on this matter.
