We have taken up the matter of undelivered product with Customer desk and are not satisfied with the response provided.
Brief background on issue: A Euroclean call centre member contacted us for offers on the products and sent a Euroclean Sales representative to our Bangalore residence at Domlur.
After a sample demonstration, we made payments for 2 units for Wet and Dry(RS.12490 each after exchanging older unit on 4th October), 1 which was to be delivered to the same residence and one at Borivili, Bombay over the next few days(bill no 077198/9)
We were assured that the products would be delivered as discussed followed by a demonstration at both places. The product was delivered on 5th October at Bangalore, however, the same has not yet
been sent to the Bombay address. On follow ups, there was no appropriate response provided. The dates were pushed further and later on we were informed that product is out of stock. We were not able to contact the sales member(Emp Id: 9072554) after this.
We are very unhappy about the service and would rate it highly unsatisfactory. Please take this up forward and let us know the status of the same(latest request no 9052738).
We had done payment through SBI debit card and have evidence as payment receipts.
