I raised almost 6 complaints due to Low water and water leakage problems. After raising complaints also there is no proper response. Every time they are attending calls after 10 days and Technicians doesnt have any knowledge on product and they are frequently calling others and getting the work done incompletely. If I raise any questions, sir they are giving only 50Rs for each call and queries you need to speak to my supervisor and saying Here are the details of the technician(Code: 68795 - VHS Prasad).
These days all Technician are worst Technicians. I took this product 4 years back and first 3 years service was good. This year again I took AMC in the month April(6000Rs) and after 4 months I am getting low water, I raised a compliant and they are saying you need to change the filter and it costs 1500rs.
I told them last 3 years I am using single filter for 1 year and we have family of 4 members(2 Adults & 2 kids) only. how come it will be problem for 5 months(last 3 years we are using candles for whole year) saying that your source of water might have changed. then I said then no need of changing filters, If I use new candles it will be the same right. Even though after arguing I gave 1500rs and changed filter candles and after 1 month I got some problem in front display(service light is blinking) and raised compliant and again came after 10 days for visiting customer site. Now he is asking us to change the chip and it costs 2500rs. Now they are saying this chip wont come under AMC. Now you tell me any customer will pay for 10, 000/-Rs. for water in a year.
If you are fixing my problem, Next year I will renew your AMC or else I have to choose another product. Now they are N no. of companies providing monthly rental for 300 to 400 Rupees.(4800 per year) and its good choice and I dont need to care about service, just like pay as you go.
I never seen this kind of WORST WORST WORST Service in Eureka. Literally looting the customers money and not even providing good service.
If you are unable to provide proper service to the customers, please shut your services and company and dont suffer/trouble the customers.
