This is one of the primary water purifier brands.
My personal experience has been that of mixed feelings. I made a purchase 4 months ago. Then it recently broke down. Had to get it serviced from them. Their cs is very responsive on twitter. I made my complaint on their twitter handle and it got adressed in 3 days.
I give them 4 star for customer service.
I am skeptical because my purifier broke down in the first 4 months itself.
