I renewed my AMC just few days back and have been a customer of Eureka forbes since 2004 but not at all happy with the service from past few months . The technician Pankaj with number (847091xxxx) came with the a part which was due since last 2 years even after constantly asking for it when fre days back I renewed my Amc he came and did the fix but while doing it he removed the transformer from the machine did some changes and when I asked why is he doing as I wanted to know abt the change in process he was not at all talking in a polite manner and was unable to explain properly still I let this all go but the next day my aqua guard didn’t work so I called him up multiple times and after reaching out so many times at last he picked up and visited the my place that too not on a given time and tried to fix the machine and said that there is socket loose connection issue you try using this for 2-3 days if it doesn’t work then he will fome again and change it .
So today again it didn’t work hence I called him up he didn’t pick up even after calling multiple times again and atlast at. 9:45 am he picked up and said he is sleeping and will visit at 12 pm .so I raised the complain - WO-030723-30733135
But again at 12 I called him up and asked where is he as I already have prior commitments after cancelling the calls again couple of time he picked up and said that he is sleeping and won’t come now will visit in the evening.
He is very rude while communicating too it has happened one year already still I forgave him that time but now it’s unacceptable.
Please send someone else at my place and resolve this issue asap
