Very bad service. Every year I am spending about Rs.10000 to Rs.12000 only for service (filters). Only two of us are there at home and if I am spending so much I rather buy Bisleri water cans from outside. An agent misguided and made me buy a Rs.30, 000 product stating it has been the best and had good sales (giving many reasons why I need to choose that product over others) - a serviceman revealed stating the product I bought has many problems internally and we have no go rather than spending whenever this issue comes. All fraudulent activities which I have faced with Eureka Forbes and I suggest not to go with them at all.
