I am writing to bring to your attention the recurring service problems Ive faced with my RO system - Asset Name - 42013214. Despite multiple service requests, the issue persists, and Im disappointed with the lack of resolution.
Your Technician Vishal Vaghela is inefficient to fix the things.

I request:
An immediate on-site visit by a senior technician or engineer to diagnose and permanently resolve the issue.
A written response detailing the steps being taken to address this issue and a timeline for resolution.
Expectation
I hope this matter is treated with urgency. If I do not hear back within the next 48 hours, I will have to explore other options (e.g., consumer forums, escalating to a higher authority).
