I purchased an AMC in January 2024. But when my machine broke down and damaged a part they are unwilling to come and replace it. For 2 weeks they have let it remain in repaired despite being under the Gold AMC in which they charge you higher
They want customers to get fed up and give up their old machines and buy the latest models.
