VACCUM cleaner not yet received even after a month

I ordered a vaccum cleaner for 15000 with Customer ID 8001046456 on Sep 11, 2017 and estimated delivery date was Sep 15, 2017. I called customer service and they mentioned that product was not in stock. Why are you adding products to cart if you can’t deliver on time. Its like investing dead money. WHY PRODUCT IS ADDED TO CART, MUST HAVE MENTIONED NO PRODUCT AVAILABLE BEFORE RECEIVING MONEY. IT’S PURE CHEATING, AND MONEY ROTATION.


More than a month of the order(OCT- 19, 2017)till today, still there are no updates. I do call the customer care, and always I get a reply that the product will be dispatched soon. They are also not refunding the money.
