Thank god I received the product after 30 days and now I am following up with customer care for installation.
Concerns:
1) Never received acknowledgment messages to register mobile/email for successful orders.
2) Customer must do follow up(many times) to receive product and for installations.
3) Always Care representative provides you invalid request number to avoid escalations.
4) Eureka Forbes always hide mistakes and asks another chance to serve you.
5) No ETA provided for online orders.
