Pathetic service from Eureka/Acquagaurd

Service is pathetic. Al thought they claimed four free services in the first year but I managed to get only one that also after calling up their head office in Mumbai and escalating things. It is really really bad. I think since Tata name is not directly linked they are not very much bothered. If the company would have been named something like Tata Forbes then I am sure Tata would ensure that the service provided is upto the expectations of the customer.


Although the product is good but the service is the only drawback. If the company can improve on that aspect then it is a product worth going in for.  I have had no problems with the product but after having invested Rs. 13000/- I don’t want to take a chance to open any part of the product and clean it my ownself. As if anything goes wrong the warranty would also be void.


I would recommend going in for the product if you have the free time to track when the service is due and follow up with the service people to come and service your product. Then the service people would come without an appointment and then might claim that you are never to be found at home.
