Eureka Forbes Bangalore Sales Person are worst

I want to share my experience about Erueka Forbes Sales Person so that no one should suffer the way we spent our day.i thought to buy Eureka Forbes Wet and Dry vaccume cleaner so we called to their offce sanjaynag and they sent one sales person "ShatntMurti" to my home as i told them before demo that i may take or may not take, so that person already broughta 1 machine to sell bcoz we were nt satisfied with his demo so we didnt say no we just said that we will tell you later then again we called one more person for demo next week and we planned that time itself ya we are ready to take and we bought the product after that same day that previous sales person called me and asked over phone so as i already bought it i said no him but after hearing no from me he got angry and said that "Why You People Called me for demo if you wanted buy from some other person you wasted my time" .


i cut the phone bcoz i didn’t want him to reply but again he called and said see you didn’t take the product from me "Now i should teach a lesson" and "I am coming in 30 min and i am going to show you properly" then i got scared and told to my husband then my husband called to some one and taken his manager number and called then told about situation now see the heights that person told us don’t worry it happens. May be communication Gap my hubby said if the same thing happened with your family?


Then he did something and told us it was communication problem from him Now see "why they hire person who is not having Communication skills" and said that i talked over phone anyways you purchased our product so everything will be fine .........and he sent us one apology SMS.....Then i decided from now onward i am not going to use any product from Eureka Forbes and please no and never call these sales person at home.


They are local gunda hired from them to threaten you so that you should buy a product.
