Poor Service from Eureka Forbes

I purchased Aquaguard Reviva Water Filter-cum-purifier on 3/5/2005. It has given frequent breakdowns, though it has been under AMC of Eureka Forbes since date of purchase.


I’ve experienced very poor service of Eureka Forbes against my AMC, Customer ID 100-4928510. After complaint on the Euroline number, I have to keep waiting for many no of days without getting the service.


For example, my last Service Complaint dated 7/4/2009, SR No 81156941 is yet to be attended on 11/4/09 (5th day from compliant) , even though Euroline promises service redressal within 48 hrs of complaint. The lines of Euroline executive are standard - I am sorry that your compliant has not been attended. I am forwarding it to concerned department. Sorry, we can’t commit any specific date by which your complaint would be resolved.


The service of Eureka Forbes in the are of Film City Road, Malad(East), Mumbai is very very poor. Many other residents in the vicinity have been suffering from similar problems. That a company, whose products I’ve been using since last almost 22 years, would fall so low in service standards was unimaginable to me, but facts are always stranger than fiction...as they say. An golden opportunity for its competitors.......any day.
