Most Inefficient service

I have an aquaguard for which I have taken annual maintenance from Eureka Forbes’ Udupi dealer.   For the last 30 days the unit is not working. I get very irresponsible reply for my enquiry. Everyday without fail I have been calling them up and I get the same reply everyday - ’it will be done today positively’. In short I am disgusted with their service. However I have no complaint against the product itself. I have been using it for 5 years and I have not had any water-related problems so far. I only hope the Head Office takes notice of my complaint and instructs the Udupi dealer to attend to my complaint at the earliest. I have found out that I am not the only one in this area who is complaining about the inefficient service - many are with me.
