Worst Customer Service

AMC signed for a year and no visits to maintain the purifier. After escalating the issue, I finally managed to get the refund for the payment and then the problem started. They don’t issue the cheque till they see the original. I sent them a scanned copy and the cheque is issued and its 20 days since the cheque has not reached me.


In spite of calling and giving them the office address, the person makes an excuse that my home was locked and so the cheque has been returned.


The West region head has no control over his lousy team. This has been the worst experience ever with any corporate set up ever. Now I will have to wait till the guy who is on leave comes back, apparently he has kept the cheque somewhere.


There are more options available in the market, so stay away from Eureka Forbes.
