On 25th October I had booked Eureka Reviva 50 RO model: My initial contact was Manjunath who told he was the manager for entire BLR and other states. Immediately that afternoon, Eureka sales person named Shiva directly came to house explained the process technically and got the full payment 10990 RS. He said installation will happen next day which is Sunday.
Next day he himself morning called and said he will deliver the product. that day he didn’t come so I didnt take that much serious. Next day I called him his mobile was unreachable and I tried that Monday several times, all those times the mobile were unreachable. His name is Shiva 9980968845. after much of frustration I stopped calling him and I started following up the so called Manager Manjunath 8050769156 and the product delivered to my home on tuesday which was supposed to deliver by Shiva, but he absconded from the picture so far.
On Oct 30, a technician came for installation and he found it was faulty. He told that the product delivered was not in its original quality as it meant for Eureka. I was completely shocked as I had preferred this Eureka brand for my baby’s hygiene. But when I contacted Manjunath he tried to convince the product is good and he will send proper technician to check the issue. I said I didn’t want the faulty product and have asked replacement. From Oct 30th till date I am calling Manjunath, he is picking the call and says he will send the technician to check but none has come. I am with complete frustration and will go legally to resolve this issue.
