When I gave me my number and name on Eureka Forbes website, the sales man was at our home with purifier within 3 HOURS. Within a week it was not functioning properly. When we called for service, it took 4 DAYS for them to come and then problem was solved. Now after three months "purified" water comes with foul smell. Then we called for service.
It has been more than 10 DAYS they haven’t come. When I called 1st time, she was so arrogant and ignorant about complaint, she even told that if service person could not find our address it is not their responsibility. I asked how come the found our home when I had given only name and phone number during SALE. It has been more than 10 DAYS each time I call response I get is ignorance.
Then one gives other number, when I call I get another number to call. I have called more than 6 different number for service. Always the response is negative. My suggestion is avoid Eureka Forbes, especially water purifier since drinking unsafe water can cause health problems.
