If any body having idea of purchasing a eureka forbes product STOP! Enquire your friends and relatives about service. I am waiting for a service person for 20 days, daily making calls no response. Called several times 39883333, Call to Bangalore service HQ also could not solve this problem.
Over the years I have not seen such a corporate who do not bother to attend a service call even after 20 days. Every time u call they will assure to send a person on the same day. But no body will turn up. Again u make a call they will repeat. But no end to ur trouble.But keep on trying one fine day they will come not for service but for collecting your AMC money.
They came up to this level only through door to door canvassing, I think today’s staff have no respect for the people who have lifted them to this level.
