Very Pathetic Service; Though in AMC

I am from Chennai. I had a typical worst experience from Eurekha forbes. I tried to articulate in series of incident.


1.Raised complaint in the website on 30 Sep 2014: 0078422677


2.Checked the status on customer call on 01 Oct 2014. She said they cannot track online complaint. She raised one more complaint on 01 Oct 2014: 78456255




  1. Checked the status on Saturday, she promised some one will attend for sure today(04 Oct 2014). Result no one turned up




  2. Checked staus on MOnday 06 Oct 2014, same response some engineer will attend for sure today . Result no one turned up .




  3. Today morning 07 Oct 2014, Ms. Sneha from customer service took the call and said the same response some one will attend for sure.






I have requested her to escalate the issue and give a complaint number: She gave some complaint number: 90438272


In the mean time I have escalated through online mechanism for old complaint number


Stupid organization, which is trying to loot money from the customer. I had already paid the AMC amount of around Rs. 2.5 K .


Providing pathetic service. But for follow up of AMC renewal, they keep chasing customer. Now it is almost 10 days, I did not use the product after paid my money.


Very pathetic, planning to move an alternative water purifier by this month end.
