I brought a water purifier aquaguard total NF three years back, its been told my machine will have no problem for next 10 years if I have AMC, SO I TOOK AMC, even though I had taken AMC from REDDYs in new panvel area, navi Mumbai, a pathetic and disgusting service provider, my machine will stop functioning every two months, then I had to follow up consistently with reddys to get their service, reddys will take at least one month to repair it, so all these three years i.e. For last 36 months, I would have used these machine only for 18 months actually, becos rest of the time it was not functioning now my machine is completely stopped from functioning and nobody has corrected the machine, my complaint no.5A77B53763 was just attended by Mr.Rasool from Reddys for name sake then he said he needs to change adapter which I keep on changing almost every three months.
I have high end electronics for which I have controlled electricity at home but I really dont know how come only eureka Forbes adaptor gets damaged every two months, why do you hire people like Reddys who provide such worthless service, why do you make such low quality machines?
Fed up problems I had asked reddys to take my machine on buy back and your sales executive offered me Rs.500 and insisted me to buy genius with same guarantee that machine will not have any problems for next 10 years, how can I trust your brand which gives just Rs. 500 for buy back which Rs.16000/- when brought it. Why dont you tell the truth to the customer that your machine only function properly only for ONE YEAR AND PLEASE AT LEAST TRY TO MAKE QUALITY PRODUCTS FUTURE. NEVER WILL I BUY EUREKA FORBES IN MY LIFE, JUST BIG ADVERTISEMENTS ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT ACTUALLY NO SERVICE.?
Even after escalating it to third level of service request escalation, Never expected company like Eureka Forbes to offer such bad quality service. is this the modus operandi of the Eureka Forbes to make people buy new machines?, if it is so be rest assured there are other companies who offer best service and quality water purifiers, you are not a monopoly in this country. We have better choices, be rest assured I would surely take you to consumer court for manufacturing cheap quality water purifiers and not providing service on time This company is soooooooo Pathetic that nobody even responds to complaint on social media. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO BUY ANY PRODUCTS OF EUREKA FORBES.
After this also tried to contact them on Eureka Forbes Social Media site like Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube, THEY HAVE CREATED PAGES ON FACEBOOK, TWITTER AND YOUTUBE BUT NO ACTUALLY SOLVES YOUR COMPLAINT from their also I get a response, Our executive will revert shortly but no one bothers to respond for the following complaint.
