Service blunder

When we requested for purifier they came and installed within a day.

But we had problem with flush after a week and might have made 50 + calls to people responsible including customer care and branch manager.

Its more than a year now and till date no service person came. Now the filters are blocked and unit stopped working.

They know just to sell the product after that they just forget it.

NEVER EVER BUY EUREKA FORBES PRODUCT.
