Really bad after sales

They have taken money from me with a promise that they will come next morning and install the water purifier. I paid by credit card. It is over 15 days now and I’m still struggling to get hold of anyone from installation.

The sales guy from Eureka Forbes has given his mobile number and 2 land lines as well but each time he promise to come and makes me wait at that particular time but never truned up. Just got fed up of calling them over and over again.

when I ask them to transfer the call to some senior manager or some one responsible.They just disconnect the line. Now the situation is they recognise my landline as well as my mobile number so no more entertaining my call.

After sales service is Hell. Must check for all these before purchasing. One should not give full money in advance. Do partial payment after insatalltion. Sales guy from Bangalore was Guna shekar .His mobile number is 9880159536 and land lines of office are 25522333/444/555
