I have an Aquaguard water purifier right from the time, water purifiers came into the market, its been more than 15 years now.
But now I feel Eureka Forbes has become too complacent and stopped providing good services to customers. The service is non-existent, I bought it 2 years AMC and haven’t got timely service. Not only that inspite of calling them multiple times, the service hasn’t been provided.
Not only this, I faced a lot of issues when I bought the purifier, it was not fixed properly and it took almost 6 months of follow up with them to get it properly fixed, water purifier is something we don’t change again and again. But I feel I committed a big mistake by buying Aquaguard.
You don’t do the same mistake, there are much better/cheaper options available in the market, generally one goes for Brand name for the post sale service, which I think doesn’t exist in Eureka Forbes.
