Very Poor Response And Service By Eureka Forbes

I a customer of RO. I have been at the receiving end for last 10 days and 4 years in the past regarding my RO service. They are prompt to collect the money and sometimes extra money. They have cheated me of my 1 year contract money saying no record exists.

Their Head customer care Vinita Hegde just does not respond despite having written 5 letters to her at their corporate office. For last 10 days I have been receiving horrible service from the company and the problem is recurring and not getting solved. The Service Manager Jitesh Apurva does not even pick up call, their technician does not even fully solve the problem and runs away.

I do not know whom to approach now. I appeal to all who want to buy and Eureka product, please DO NOT BUY it. The service of Eureka has deteriorated. I had been a loyal customer for over 20 years and but now it has become very bad. No response and poor service and technical capabilities despite escalations.
