Purchased the product in 2011 and to our surprise found out after 1 year that the product supplied was with filters which is not suitable for Ganga water. To correct it extra charges were made but after lot of protest was done at no cost. So for 1 year drank water which was impure as per the technician.
Leave aside the above, the service technicians don’t know about the product itself and every time they come want to change the filters and candle. Recently found out from the eureka forbes head office that it has to be changed only once a year only.
More interestingly they don’t tell you what will be recurring cost at all, only interested to have AMC. Every AMC is for INR 4000 plus which is half the cost of the product itself.
We found the product and service pathetic and the recurring cost exorbitant.
