Pathetic Service by Eureka Forbes

I purchased Aquaguard on 13th Dec 2007 and I was promised that eureka forbes will provide me 2 free service for the product ( and I believed it :-))


The first service happened after 10 months after calling them atleast 20 times for a month and still I am waiting for the second service after 15 months of purchase. Now today morning I felt the purifier is not working properly and not giving purified water (they claim it wont give impure water in any case)


In between these months one guy came from eureka forbes to take my review about the product and I told him my story but I think he was expecting only good review as for bad review they dont do anything.


To my surprise one private agency called up saying sir its an year you purchased this machine so please take the AMC, I said Ok but before you do my second free service. She said Ok and I never received the call after wards.I am seriously planning to change my purifier as it is highly unsafe to drink impure water coming from Aquaguard purifier.
