Ordinary service continues..courtesy Eureka Forbes

I had written a negative review of the after sales service of Eureka Forbes in Pune and at that time, there was some action from top management as a result of which the issue was resolved.


Once again, the Eureka Forbes, Pune is back to its bad old habits of not providing proper service in proper time despite the maintenance contract which is valid in my case.


Its been more than a month I had raised a request (request id - 82465359) in Eureka Forbes customer care (PUNE) and had requested the person to send a service engineer. Moreover, I had also requested that I should be called up prior to the visit of the service engineer. Inspite of this, service engineer once visited me at 3 or 4 pm (The time I am at office) without giving me a call and left a note on the door of my flat about his arrival.


Later, again the engineer showed up without calling up at a time when I couldnt attend him. I asked him why was he not calling me up before arrival. He promised to call me up in a ’couple of days’ and show up again. Since then, its been more than a month there is neither a call nor any engineer showing up for the maintenance.


My request to all the people in Pune, and also to all those who plan to relocate to Pune is - NEVER EVER go for a Eureka Forbes product. Product  may end up being good or bad, but the service is guaranteed to be bad, lacking professionalism and discipline.
