I am unfortunate customer of their water purifier. The only time their people were prompt was to collect the money in advance. I’ve been running behind them ever since. To get the product installed, servicing or reporting any problem, no body is reachable. They will pick up the phone, give a commitment but will never turn up. After chasing a lot, they will stop attending your calls. Never seen such unprofessional and unreliable people.
Suggest others to keep away from this company.
