I bought this product last month. The product is extremely good in converting salty bore water into a drinkable water.There is no complaint about the product.
But, do not buy this product unless you know how to install it, maintain it and repair it. I had horrible experience withinstallation and post install service.
From day 2 the product started to leak in the bottom. I called the helpline and raised a complaint many times. I called the person who installedthe product and asked him to fix it. I called the sales person to come and fix it.
No one turned out till now to fix it. One fine day (last saturday) a person came to take the survey of the product. He tried to fix it himself. After that, there are 2 places from which it startedto leak. That person said he will send technical person to whom I’m still waiting for.
I stopped using the product. I bought this product in installment. The cheque was deposited today. They do not forget to collect their money. But they do not want to come for service.
