Eurekaforbes have made a good name for itself. Their products are good but their After sales service is very very bad. They appoint authorized service centre for their products and do not bother the check if the service given is as per the brand name. The people at the service centres are horrible to talk to.
I had bought a water filter 8 years back and had entered into Annual maintenance service contract but since their service was not good I logged several complaints at Eureka Forbes against the franchise authorized service center but nothing happened.
I had nowhere to go year by year I had to renew my AMC with themas they fall in the appointed Area of Karol bagh. Pure drops. Service agents, but this year I had firmly decided not to renew the contract, but I had to get the candle and carbon changed, I called Euraka forbes office and a person was sent from the same Authorized center, he said that I will have to pay 375/- penalty for not renewing the contract in addition to the AMC amount of 1250/- per annum.
Tell me how this is justified. pls help.
