Don't Buy Aquaguard, Any Product of EUREKA FORBES

I have bought this water filter in 2011, CUST ID: XXXXXX3681 one year it was working good after that it was started the problem, not only problem with filter quality also problem with franchised service center. Every year I am paying- Rs. 4500 for AMC, but no one has come to home for routine service to clean the water filters.


However, while renewing AMC they said that we will come & clean the filter every three months in a year.


Problem with service center is quite regular in Eureka Forbes company but this year intolerable frustration with service center. I have raised the service request four times S No: 74122220, 89052322, 757717785 and 75907394 in customer care but no one turned to my home for service though I have paid AMC.


Last June one of technician dismantled the filter and it was leaking, just left out without fixing the problem. I have fixed problem with local filter technician. Technicians are rude behavior since they are not company employed technician, it is all service centers are franchised and they were replacing local filters into the machine where it is giving tasteless water in two months’ time.


Not sure about the quality of the filtered water, Also I bought the vacuum cleaner Dry and wet model from Eurekha forbes, sales guy(Kalaiarasan who is working in Chennai Pallavaram branch)cheated Rs 1000 as cash advance, he said would returned the money so far no reply. All the above complaint I have reported to Eurekha forbes employee Periyaswamy ( mobile no: 9361877706) no improvement.


I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND THINK BEFORE BUYING EUREKA FORBES PRODUCTS WHERE SERVICE QUALITY WAS VERY BAD, WE DON’T HAVE OPTION TO ESCALATE TO CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGER TO TAKE ACTION. WE HAVE ONLY OPTION TO RAISE SERVICE REQUEST IN CUSTOMER CARE(I HAVE RAISED FOUR TIMES BUT NO USE).


Also I have a WET and DRY vacuum cleaner which is worst and heating too much re-setting.
