While Eureka Forbes is extremely aggressive in selling their products and collecting AMC payments, their service is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. Even if you sign up an AMC, the service engineer never shows up unless you call. Response time to call is pathetic,
Wonder of wonder is that even when you call, their service center happily deletes call records and informs you that no calls are registered. Basically, if you buy their product, use it as long as it works (which isn’t long) and then junk it!
