I purchased water purified on 14/07/2011 from Mambalam(Chennai Eureka forbes office) he assured that the macihine will be installed immediately, he kept the macihne in my house at Chromepet but till now it is not installed.
I keep on calling the sales person but no responce, even if I sent a sms also no responce.
my kind advice to all is please please dont buy any of the Eureka Forbes product
I am going to send mails and sms to all my friends and Colleagues not to buy Eureka products.
By sending this we can easily eradicate the Eureka Forbes company
