A PURE CHEATING THRO' A PURE WATER...

A PURE CHEATING THRO’ A PURE WATER!!This is with deep regret that I am constrained to bring to your notice the problems I am facing with your people in Hyderabad. If I talk some problem with lower people, they don’t hear and do.


When I inform the same thing to top people, they ask me to go to lower people. It is some thing like DO-LOOP. This is very bad. Further, there is ‘cheating’ in a systematic way in your organisation. Coming to the point:I happened to purchase one Water Purifier (Model: AG-FA, Unit Serial No:17218)


After the Warranty period is over, it was agreed to keep under AMC for two more years as so many benefits are showered on me.As per the ‘agreement’, Candle must be replaced once in an year and carbon fillings must be changed once in six months.Now please see the point.


When the AMC is commenced, New candle must be kept and new carbon fillings must be replaced. Unfortunately, my AMC was taken before the Warranty period was over (which is their practice) and so the new candle & new carbon fillings were not kept telling that they would be replaced after some time as the old ones are still effective.


This ‘game’ went on for six months. After six months, only carbon fillings were changed leaving away simply about the Candle. Again after another six months both are replaced. So, effectively, the company managed to save from their side one candle and one dose of carbon fillings in one year which is’ loss’ to the customer (me).


This they used to repeat (conveniently) for the subsequent year also , which amounts to saving of another ‘set’ in the second year.So during period of two years of AMCs (each being for two years) , the customer lost almost ‘one year’ ie., 50% period. In my case, I had enjoyed (or suffered) two AMCs for four years as per company’s findings, but this comes effectively for two years only for me, being the ill-fated customer. When I tried to contact Mr.Incharge immediately after the first AMC period is over.


I was promised that it would be rectified. With that promise I took another AMC for two more years and the same ‘game’ was conveniently played. I contacted again Mr.Vinay, Incharge, Hyderabad, I was asked to contact the people at lower level.But, when I contacted the persons at lower level, this will be taken care by the people at higher level only.Are you not finding DO-LOOP??? I do not know anybody at the highest level except GOD. Does it not amount to A PURE CHEATING THRO’ PURE WATER ????God alone should tell !!!!
