I own a force vacuum cleaner. it looks as good as new as I have been unable to use it since the last two years I bought it. some switch or something conks off every time I try to use it.
A call to service center gives me ten IVRS numbers where they ask the same questions.
Finally, I managed to get the contact number of the person who actually does the repair work on the machine.
of course like the poor quality material eureka forbes uses, the technicians are too of poor quality, untrained who cannot figure out what the problem is. they do all trial and error and replace some part or the other every time I send for repairs. yes I have to send as they cannot to that replacement on site and I have to pay.
the problem does not get solved a and a new problem arises.
The power cord was not getting wound so I was asked to changed the whole circuit for Rs 1500/- ...and then the switch stopped working so next 50 rs for that. 50 phone calls to check status of my machine where I was told calling you back in 30 minutes, reaching office now ..its under testing n checking..
10 days and they have not been able to figure out the problem so obviously cant solve it. I have decide to literally sell it in scrap as my raddiwala will be happy to take it by the kg.
Dont buy any eureka forbes products...its just mental torture to follow up with them and when you want to use, the machine simply does not work!!!
I live in Nagpur and they have an authorised service center here where I have to spend Rs 160 on fuel to deliver and get my machine back...not to count the money I spend on phone call follow-ups!!!
Hope this helps somebody the torture and trauma by avoiding eureka forbes products!!!
