Eureka Forbes X-Force Vaccum Cleaner. Useless service, a complete waste of money, time.(Complaint No: 85731416)
The product conked off before warranty period. Despite several phone calls and assurance by the call center that they would send the sales person in 24-hours no one came, in spite staying in Mumbai. After several phone calls and lapse of the warranty period, they finally send a guy, who on seeing X-Force says this is not a Eureka Forbes machine, and then says that he is a water purifier technician and is not aware of the new launch.
Later again after many phone calls, another ignorant fellow is sent, named Sanjay Kharat who says that Eureka Forbes company has not trained them adequately about the new X-Force Machine and on talking with his senior, Rohit from Bhandup office they take the machine to the Bhandup office and its 2 months and no step has been taken yet. Rohit says some part has to be brought from Bhiwandi and Sanjay is still ignorant and has not tried to receive any training. How can Eureka Forbes such a big name in market have such poor service. Its highly disappointing, taxing and frustrating. If you are selling a new product at least train your technicians regarding the same.if not that at least tell them of the new launch before the customer tells them about it.
In short eureka forbes has hopeless service with useless technicians.a shame!
