Had placed request on 20th feb 2023 for service technician for replacement of power cable. Complaint was closed on 23rd feb 2023 and was asked to rebook. As on today no one has attended . Receive calls every alternate day from call center assuring issue will be addressed.
This spare is not available online. They can be only procured through service center franchise. Who never attend.
First time one Praveen was assigned as per SMS and subsequently one Harish. Their numbers are not shared, you are left to mercy of these people .
