We regularly use two of Everest’s most famous masalas-Pav Bhaji Masala and Biryani Masala. Both are excellent.
The Pav Bhaji Masala gives a flavor of authentic pav bhaji and is spicy-just like pav bhajis in Maharashtra. The Biryani Masala contains whole spices along with the powder that makes the biryani very elegant.
