I firmly advise people not to buy anything online without first examining the company’s website, ratings, and reputation. This was my first and last encounter with ever trendy. The accessories are shabby, tacky, and unworthy of the money they cost. The material used in the accessories is low-cost and ineffective. I didn’t even wear the earrings once until they disintegrated. People buy with their hard-earned dollars, so the vendor can at the very least have genuine goods to the buyer. The items are not identical to those shown on the company’s website.
Fake and inexpensive goods, don’t buy it. I returned the products I received, but they are refusing to refund me, and I am unable to use my credit card money.
And if I call customer service, the lovely lady says to me, "Madam, please wait for 24 hours!" You should put your order after 24 hours, but I can’t, I call this phone, 8882188858, every single day.
However, I have received no comment, and I am now exhausted.
This was the worst experience I’ve ever had, so don’t buy it.
Just use applications like Myntra and nothing other than this kind of scam.
