Very helpful staff. Good products. Broad variety to choose from. Not pushy. Good finance options and better deal than other locations.
Manager Kiran was especially very helpful. It was a bit of a hassle to deal with the transporters and their flexible deadlines but not beyond what one can expect in road logistics dependent items. Once they arrived the staff was good and assembled it well. Very satisfied with the end result.
Opposite experience on EVOK online. It was as if an order was placed into a vaccuum with no way to contact them to find the status even after 2 weeks.
Shifting of the burden from one person to another. The store folks are helping as even now not all the items are delivered. Certainly do NOT buy from Evok online. Their process is nowhere near ready.
