We bought an eight seater dining table and 3+2+1 Magnum sofa set from Evok J.P. Nagar. They behaved very politely until they received the full payment. I think its the same story everywhere that once they receive the payment, they start showing their true colors. We made the full payment on Monday and the store manager told me that since their warehouse is closed on Tuesday, they will make the delivery on Wednesday. We agreed to that and said that we have no problem with that.
I would also like to mention this guy called Dhananjay. I think he is the store manager. Just to deceive us, he lied to us and said that once the payment is made, the items will be delivered on Wednesday. Obviously it did not happen and this guy stopped picking up my calls after I had talked to him twice or thrice before on the phone regarding the delivery status. He was trying to avoid us. So, I remained patient and waited for their call. They called me on Thursday and said that there has been a delay and the furniture items will be delivered on Saturday instead of Friday. I was a bit angry but did not say anything till then.
Finally, when they arrived with the products on Saturday, I saw that the 3 seater Magnum sofa and it was defected. One of its leg was broken and there were some spots on the leather. This is where I lost my patience. I was very angry and frustrated because of their service. So I told them angrily to take the 3 seater sofa back and and come the next day with a new piece. I really had to shout at them. They were trying to convince me to keep the defected 3 seater sofa but I was not in a mood to listen to them. So they took it and came back with a new piece the next day. So, I was satisfied after that but the satisfaction was not long lived.
After a few days I realized that the single seater sofa was also defected and a wooden piece inside the sofa was broken. So we went to the store and told them about it. They told me to call the customer care and lodge a complaint. We did that on the 3rd of December. We called the store again to know by when can they replace it and this foolish store manager called Dhananjay started arguing with me on the phone. So, we went to the store and shouted at him and gave him some proper lessons on how to talk to customers. There was a sudden change in his behavior. Now he was behaving as if he had not said anything on the phone and said sorry. It was really funny. He also said that the single seater sofa will be replaced within 3 days or a week.
They have still not replaced the single seater sofa and it is 15th December today. I called them on 14th December to know the status of the complaint and I have not received any call from them till now.

Evok has finally replaced the Single Seater sofa. I just got it today. Everything was supposed to be delivered within 5 days but it took them almost a month to deliver all the items to my satisfaction.
